Method Class: A to Z Method's signature athletic workout is specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen, without the bulk. The 60 minute class is fueled by upbeat music and efficiently flows through each muscle group creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching. It's challenging, empowering, effective and fun. The movements are influenced by Core FusionŽ, The Dailey Method, Pilates, yoga, orthopedic exercises and ballet barre work. The class is taught in a group setting, but offers personalized attention through verbal and hands on corrections.

Method - Back to the Basics: A Method class run at a more simplified pace for greater emphasis on positioning and set up. It's a great class to attend if you are new to the Method or if you want to refine your form. The class is 1 hour long and offers the same total body workout as a regular Method class.

A to Z Cardio: A to Z's Cardio class takes some of the familiar elements from our Method classes and adds movement and speed to raise your heart rate and burn calories. 45 minutes of fat burning cardio are finished off with abdominal work and stretching. Drop in's are welcome, but class sizes are limited so reservations are recommended.
