Relaxation Massage: A lighter form of massage derived from traditional Swedish techniques. The use of long flowing movement helps to bring both the body and mind into a deep state of peaceful renewal.

Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue is a form of massage that works through your body's layers of soft tissue from superficial to deep. This in turn, encourages a change in the muscle tissue by relaxing lengthening and releasing holding pattens. We can most effectively alter structural postural and muscular restrictions with the use of deep tissue massage. Each guest will experience a personalized massage that caters not only to the needs of their muscles but also to their tolerance of pressure.

Hot Stone Massage: The use of hot stones in combination with Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage techniques enhances the feelings of peacefulness and energetic renewal. The stones are placed on the body in areas where the energy may be stagnant or blocked in order to encourage a relase of suppressed energetic flow. This movement of energy allows the body to restore feelings of balance peacefulness and grounding. The stones may also be actively used throughout the massage for the purposes of warming the soft tissue increasing blood and lymph circulation and for trigger point release.

Relaxation: $75 for 60 minutes, $105 for 90 minutes
Deep Tissue: $75 for 60 minutes, $105 for 90 minutes
Hot Stone: $90 for 60 minutes, $125 for 90 minutes
